This Privacy Policy describes the current public version of StartupPatentHub.com. At launch, the site consists of static informational pages and a browser-based USPTO Response Period Calendar.
The date you select and the reference date shown by the calendar are calculated by JavaScript in your browser. The calendar code does not send those dates to StartupPatentHub or store them in a StartupPatentHub database.
2. Information Processed
The current site does not provide user accounts, contact forms, file uploads, payment processing, advertising trackers, or analytics tags in its site code. The hosting infrastructure may process standard web-request and security information, such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, date/time, and related server-log data, as part of delivering and protecting the site.
4. Use of Server Information
Standard hosting or security logs may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Security
The public site is intentionally designed with a small attack surface: static pages, local browser calculation, no login, no user upload, and no server-side application workflow. Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce common web risks, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated if the website begins collecting additional information or introduces new features. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
